Star vs the Forces of Evil is like a lot of Disney shows, it has some really good moments and some pretty bad flaws. If you can tolerate sitting through the flaws, it is a really fun show to watch. It does a lot of little things that make me laugh, like in the recent episode Cornball when Kelly hands Marco the book of rules to the game and it is so heavy he slams his face into the desk. Also I like that Marco really casually goes and spends like hundreds of years in another dimension to get the scissors, and no one really acknowledges that. There are a lot of things that I like about the show

It's such a weird show, sometimes you get an episode like "Into the Wand" which is funny and filled with cool lore, and sometimes you get an episode like "Trickstar" which is the most baffling and terrible episode of a cartoon I've ever seen. and I'm constantly amazed and horrified that the same people are responsible for both O_O

Oof you dis Phineas and Ferb. Why must you attack me like this! I watched that show dozens of time on Netflix over the years lol. I still think it's writing is way better than it had to be for a Disney show.

yeah alright it's pretty funny sometimes, but there's like 200 episodes and they're all kinda interchangeable...I just get tired of the formula pretty quick. still, everyone has different tastes. I do love Doofenshmirtz, though :)

@@pairoframblers3497 The show was just a big comfort to me. Everything in it was always the same, but I found every subtle change more hilarious the more that I watched and rewatched the show. It really is just a comfort show for me now, and I probably couldn't get into it the way I used to if I first watched it now. But yeah I do think the writing quality in it is what makes it really special. If it was worse I don't think there'd be a way to watch past all the repetitiveness. Haha they managed to make the same general plot pretty engaging and hilarious most of the time, with amazing songs too. And yeah Doof is great :D
