Wow I think Meryl is indeed sick during this interview.Her voice is very low and it's quite sexy,I understand why she likes how her voice sounds when she has a cold.

the guy is only interviewing meryl i feel horrible for steve towards the end...he didnt ask him much about his career.

I like her.

I now can see who Meryl said she would rather "not" work with. Steve kept making a few digs about her winning so many Oscars because of her nominations. She told him that wasn't true. Obviously, Meryl looked pissed and I would to since Steve is rather brash. Gosh.. Almighty.. Also sounded like he was feeling sorry for himself when he said Meryl and Alec will get nominated but not him - he will be the one presenting the Oscars to them.

I know this is a really old comment but I kinda thought if there was any seriousness to her comment about not liking Alec or Steve, that it would be Alec. She said she was kidding, anyhow, so it's probably neither here nor there, but (and this is from someone who used to really like Alec) I would think his smarminess would be annoying. His current real life situation with his fake, over the top narcissist wife who publicly lied about her heritage for over a decade speaks volumes about him. This interview and movie are 12 years old, so a lot has come to light about Baldwin since, but given all that, I can't see Meryl condoning a lot of his choices. Honestly I'd love to hear what she thinks about that whole dumpster fire situation, but she's too classy for public tea spilling. 😂 🍵

I agree; I see a bit of tension there between those two in this whole interview. Like they're not on the same page and she's half rolling her eyes at least two times, when they disagree on a few topics raised here. Also have to remember they're human beings on a show together. But not everyone has a good day working together or connects well. Workmates still might argue, be rude or have a different outlook on some things, etc. They aren't bouncing off each other with humour like they do when other cast members are there.
