You don't need spend money and time on black paint and later water it down... just use black shoe polish. Brown shoe polish also works for other stuff.

Excellent tutorial James! Will use your techniques to modify my Black Panther X-coser helmet! Want them deets painted in. Did you sand helmet before paint, or primer good enough? Cheers!

Are there two different excoser masks? I ordered one and it came in like a thick latex mask, where as yours looks harder? Are their multiple options for that?

how did you hold in your head?

I solved the fogging by adding a second thin (1.5mm) plexi layernbehind the lens and using very thin double sided foam tape to seal the lens. Make sure you do it in 0 or very low humidity, or purge it with dry compressed air like a duster can so that there's no moisture inside.

Yo man, picked this up after watching your review but mine got shipped in a strange shape (probably due to temperature) and is skewed diagonally. Did yours have a similar issue coming in and if so do you have a way to fix it?

Do you happen to know what size you bought? I just ordered a helmet off the Xcoser website for $25, but not realizing there are different sizes. Now I'm worried it's not going to fit 😕

Jericho80 reviews on amazon say they run small so try to find the size you got and get it a hope it’s a little bigger

Edit: I thought you were asking if you could wear this at Disneyland 😆. To answer the original question, no. It is not sold in the parks (as far as I know)

I did a similar mod on the xcoser.
