Hi, If you can please help. Why do you need 2 thermal overloads 1 should be fine no? Why do you have to use the nc 21s and nc 22s, is that just an extra precaution in the case that timer goes faulty the timer alreay switch between the 2 circuits? Futhermore, why have you connected the delta and contactor top connections from the incoming side of the 3 pole mcb surely it would have been better to put on the outout side? PS i have to say your vid has been very helpful in understanding on the whole.

Trip indication lamp must be wired with 2 magnetic relays(NO Contact) in parallel, it is explained as series.

Brother you have explained very well,I need the video with loading valve consists of solenoid valve which operates on 6 bar and offload at 8 bar also need the contactor of blower fan which starts at 80 degree centigrade and stop at 60 degree centigrade can you help to make another video for me

thanks. nice informative video. but there is one fault in the circuit, the rtip lamp will not light up until both relays are energized. and if one relay picks up, the circuit will shut down. the lamp will not light up

Sir, Your explanation method is very good and I appreciate your effort. Can you please explain why you use Normally Closed contacts of delta connector to energize Y connector and Normally Closed contacts of Y connector to energize delta connector?? Is there any complexity if we directly energize first Y and then delta connector from the Timer. Thanks in advance.

Can I ask why my hydrovane , jumps straight too the 3rd position? It starts up but struggles as though its jumping from 1 too 3 ? If that makes sense

Wiring at Motor terminal found wrong.... Delta for motor wiring is R - U1 & W2, Y- V1 &U2, B- W1&V2.

It’s not wrong, just different. All the phases on the U2, V2 and W2 are in different connections to that which you said but the motor will still rotate in the same direction when the switchover takes place.

There are 2 type of connection. 1-method as your, 2-method is R-U1&V2, V-V1&W2, B- W1&U2.

Please recheck Trip indicator and Stop indicator light.Trip indicator only get power when 1st Over load Relay Trip but second over load Relay if trip then no power .It will be both NO loop.
