Could you kindly advise on the appropriate coil voltage for AC contactors to use with this motor for making a Star Delta Starter Connection? Your expertise would be greatly appreciated.

How can you put an isolation switch in this wiring ?

The diagram at 13:12 is wrong as the phases have not been transposed on the delta contactor. And the diagram would be clearer if the star contactor was placed to the right of the delta connection.

The motor terminals ( u, v,w) don't look clear to identify, so this makes it difficult to follow that the motor coil winding is supplied with two phase supply, and whether the input at the contactor supply should be interchanged at the delta contactor.
