You're going to love this standing dumbbell workout no squats no lunges.
If you have knee problems, this is the perfect workout for you. It targets your arms, abs, and leg muscles.
This standing workout is very knee friendly and it's full body. Your dumbbells don't even have to be very heavy. I used 3kg dumbbells and I felt the burn.
When doing the exercises make sure you squeeze the muscles you're targeting for rapid results.
Enjoy the standing dumbbell workout no squats no lunges.

Yay, another day! I could complete this knee friendly workout❤
Brian, please make a Knee friendly play list! I really enjoy your videos but there's a lot to filter through. Thank you for making videos that are approachable for those of us that have a little wear and tear on the joints.

I have a herniated disc, so I am not allowed to do flexion. Also, lunges and squats are prohibited. I am advised to strengthen my core to support my disc. Could you please make a dumbbell workout video for people like me?

How many days a week?
Is it good for girls?
Brian, I notice a lot of time in your video that you lean back in some of the movements… or am I mistaken? Please advise. Thanks

It depends on the exercise
Brain that great video for me thanks for it but I only have 2.5 kg and 5kg dumbbells so can I use 2.5kg if 5kg too difficult for me?
@briansyuki
