Standing Abs Routine w/ Amy and Christy

Core work isn't usually our favorite thing to do. Getting down on the ground for crunches and other core work kinda sucks right?
Standing ab exercises are great for working the muscles of your entire core-from your back to your hips-they don't require any equipment and they're a great excuse to skip the crunches and stay off the floor.
With high intensity abdominal strength training, working your abs more than 3 times a week is usually too much. You can do this routine every other day or if you're feeling really sore, wait 48 hours before repeating a strength training routine or targeting the same muscles.
Complete each exercise with little to no rest in between for 2-3 rounds with 1-2 minutes of rest between rounds.
