So great you’re looking to make this into your profession! If you’re looking for a long term in person college, I’d look around Haiti for one there at your local college, but if you’d like something online, I teach one that gives you a lot of practice with the fundamentals of graphic design and where I give personalized feedback as you’re moving through the course. At first just put out projects you want to get more of. That’s absolutely okay 👍 Show your thought process behind them.
Regarding the issues of presenting the products I have made on my portfolio, I also have a problem that needs to be answered: I have many beautiful products and want to show them to potential customers on the website, but The owners of those products don't want me to publicize my collaboration with them, so how can I show off my great work to potential customers?

I’d suggest charging more to clients who don’t want work displayed. It’s a part of every contract I have and it’s rare a client will have a problem with it. If they do you should get more income to compensate.
