    Hi Dr. Melissa! I followed your OAB videos for 6 months and on 12/12/23, I celebrated becoming continent again after 5 years of struggling!! My urogynecologist heard of the diaphragm breaths PT was teaching me and laughed 😭so I gave up and she did botox injections. These yoga flows were my answer, NOT the crazy invasive botox. ITS ALL IN THE BREATH! Bless you and thank you for your work!!!!!
