Hi, this may be a little unrelated but apart from the fact that this video is super informative and very helpful, I love the way you have this habit of saying 'nice' when you finished a step, because it reminds me that it's important to acknowledge the stuff that we did well instead of focusing on little mistakes. Thank you for the video! I'm planning on making a pair of those for my little brother who loves everything viking-ish, he's gonna be thrilled!

Those little punch out pieces i actually use. After I have tumbled the cases I use to reload i put them through another tumbler session with those little punch pieces. The leather actually cleans the cases pretty well and it helps to show up any small cracks in the cases if they are polished. It also helps to polish knife blades in the tumbler (little cheat i use when I am too tired to sit and hand polish for hours) .. they do about 80 to 85% of the work and I dont have to spend hours polishing the blade (note, this is pre sharpening)

Thank you for this one. We professionally cosplay and the cuffs my husband made 15 years ago have seen the last of their better days. Even with the road trip to PA for leather you just saved us a great deal of money & even more importantly the multiple headaches that come with his being so particular. He's built like a Viking Berserker & we don't like the ready made pieces we were afraid he'd have to settle for in his size.

Hey, its me on my other account. I just finished making one armguard. A huge recommendation would be to let your viewers know that the length of the forearm should be measured from the inside of the arm, while the arm is bent. Otherwise, the armguard will be quite uncomfortable on the wrist and elbow without any room to adequately move.
