Thanks for the high quality video!
Hello, good work on this video. I am sure the comments have pointed out a few things that people expect but don't let it deter you, it is just a chance to improve showing off what you do so well. I would love to see more videos from you, so if you do decide to make some more, I will look forward to them. Thank you.
Microscopic veiws are very nice but to make it better to understand you can mention the tissues in the screen
Very interesting. Good visuals, but the repetitive music became a distraction.
if i am not mistaken the outlayer that is stained as green are phloem tissues and the the pinkish one are xylem tissues?

@@emiqureshi391 maybe you used it in excess. And our biology teacher told us not to put it over the sections . Use can simply put two drops of gylcerine on either sides of your sections using dropper . Today was my bio practical and i did the same

@@lazysnorlax5154 thanks I'll try. Can you please guide me about fast green stains? As my sections don't pick stain. As soon as I wash them with ethanol fast green colour disappears. I am wondering about the reason. Online research articles do not help in this regard.

@@emiqureshi391 well i have only stained stem and roots with saffranin so i have no idea about green stains 🙅😅. Maybe cutting very thin sections can help
