I had an Up GTI for a little while after my Golf R and it was a fun little car to drive!

Its certainly worth the money, if you combine their Stage 1, with a Milltek Non resonated exhaust and the Racing Line Turbo Elbow. My car was on this very rolling road in Chesterfield, back in September 2019, and the remap transformed the car

Hi I’ve already got a k@n pannel filter gunna get the turbo elbow, is pops and bangs possible with the stock exhaust? And is the stage 1 worth it

How much would the power go up by with stage 3 tuning?

Isn’t crackle overrun/ pops&bangs bad for your cat and turbo? What did JBS tell you?

If you want to spend a little bit more money, try a stage 4. Here on Brazil we already have 300+ whp Up!s and It reach 20km/l on road. You'll love It

What Milltek exhaust do you have? And has the map affected the MPG? And did JBS give any warning on the extra power and torque possibly reducing the Engines lifespan?

I have the milltek road plus exhaust, MPG seems exactly the same tbh not noticed much difference. Considering there are some Up! GTI's running 185bhp I can't see the stage one affecting the engines life span by much.

Do you need the upgraded exhaust to get the pops and bangs?

I don't think an exhaust is required, it might make the pops a bit quieter due to the centre muffler on the stock exhaust

how does the milltek road + sounds, is it much better then stoch exhaust. I am thinking About de non res🧐

Yeah its loads lounder than stock, I think non res will be too loud tbh I think road + is the sweet spot 👌

@@RicsCars whattt that's like a stage 1 remap. People in Germany are running 220 hp on stock internals. Stock rods and pistons
