Could ask them to raise the threshold for when the pops start. If you set it to something like above 5k then it's nice. About going back to stock file, if you drive it nicely a tuned file should give slightly better mpg as it runs a more aggressive timing. However, if it's tuned you're more likely to boot it everywhere which is gonna use more fuel ofc lol.

Definitely going to divide opinion😂. I have to admit I hate pop and bang maps. Yet if people want them then fair enough. The fact you can turn it off is a bonus. My mate has a Mk2 focus ST. Pops / bangs / 4 inch exhaust and Decat. Cracking looking car. Feel like a right tool when he gives me a lift. Absolutely ASBO😂

100k miles, 15k miles on track with a custom stage 2 map. Not one problem so far. Decent tuner and decent cooling upgrades is all u need.
