I’ve always wanted a pitbull but I think staffordshire terriers are better for me due to their size yet still have the look. Do you think they are a pretty good beginner dog to have? If not do you recommend anything like them that’s better for beginners ?
Good morning. I was just approved to adopt a 2 month old Staffordshire bull terrier puppy. Would there be any videos that you think I could benefit from? Should I stay attempting to train him right away? It wait until I've had him for a week or so?

Can someone explain why on a place board and not just on the floor as won't they get youst to doing it on there and confuse them if ask to do it on floor

As with all terriers last thing to do is encourage wilful aggression as it's there anyway iurold one of those only bit once (a burglar )rather nice calf bite ,and for a little dog they can bite if minded to ,honestly but previous owner had passed away ,very ,very nice pet got her at 3she made it to 13 and a halfyrs cancer got her still missed..excellent smaller dog but be mindful if they get into a scrap not good losers ,size just means a bigger target to them.,typical terrier though ,as you say training training ,and more training is the way also show affection ours loved horses for some odd reason .😊
