    There's a beautiful symmetry in moving both the king and rook together, and having your rook attack the king, and your king attack the rook

    The checkmate was a "Swallowtail", "Dovetail" is the diagonal version, where the king has a connected tail, in this version the king has the split tail like a swallow.

    After black's move 26 Kd7, white coul have played Qxd6+ If king takes, Nb4+ with fork (botez gambit)

    I think that in the position at the end you can just take the rook on b7 and after the queen takes on d8 you can force a queen trade with Qd5? You'd go into the endgame with an extra knight and a passed pawn.

    In minute 17:01, after the oponent castled, is knight to e2 a move? Im not sure, but it seems like it right? Beause queen protects the knight and it forks the king and rook.

    Instead of Qxd8 on move 30 white could have played Rb7+ to force the black king away from the black rook and after Kxb7 Qxd8 at least not lose the queen (if 30... Kc8 then 31.Rb8+) still eric could have played qd5+ to trade queens or other things but I think it was worth mentioning it (sry for bad english)
