Those bloopers haha 🤣🤣 Don’t blame you getting the use out of the warranty Mitch it’s what it’s there for mate just a shame your experience was let down by how they left your car and the delay getting it back to you. Although dealership service washes aren’t always the best things in the world so you may have dodged a bullet there 😂

I had the same problem with dirty carpets in my focus rs when my car went in to ford dealership here in Oxford for a electrical problem witch they botched. I then heard of Perry's ford dealership out of Oxford and they are brilliant 👍

Even when our Kia Sportage is in its warranty I always check with my bro in-law first as he is a mechanics with his own garage. Feels much safer him working on our cars as just don't know what these dealerships do. It's even the little things like can they not just bang the mats out and give them a quick hoover ffs, just the little things

Great video im learning on a 1.25 zetec i love learning on it great little engine! I never trust an ecoboost personally no disrespect I love the zetecs shame they never just made them a bit more modern

I have a 1.25 Zetec and doing advanced driving training in it. It's actually a really cool car ☺️ not powerful by any means but super fun to drive. Good luck on your test!

@@amyk9813 thanks they did a 1.4 and 1.6 for more power but good engine the ecoboost is also known as an ecoboom

Think it's important to share things like this. Definitely would send a link to the manager (not to be a Karen) like someone suggested. Seems like most places, not just automotive, have no idea what the customer experience is actually like... Still love the st though, hope it goes on for many many happy miles now that it's all sorted

I would send that video of before and after to the ford customers service and a copy to the ford dealership principal and ask him if that’s standard customer service when you put your car in for warranty claim if you don’t complain the dealer principal will never know what’s happening in his garage

I'm about to buy ST mk7 in a few months. Is that common issue ?

I've heard of a few now but It's not too common. if I had not driven it anymore when the injector failed no doubt the turbo wouldn't have needed changing.

Okay just drove mine to garage with a mis fire, coil pack needed replaced but garage tried saying may have done serious damage to engine

@@shaneg9696 that’s crazy. Normally 95% of the time a misfire is the coil pack! Just get it changed and give the car a oil and filter change then run it up.

What happened to the bits you wrapped ?

Looks like they never washed it either looks like hand prints on the rear window as well hate dealerships always leave your car in a mess
