Happy St. Patrick's Day! To celebrate I have decided to post the Quick March of the famed Irish unit The Royal Munster Fusiliers - "St.Patrick's Day". Shown with images of the unit from the Victorian Period, Boer War, WW1 and up to its disbandment in 1922.

My grandfather 👴 served that regiment during hell of World War One he enlisted month before Easter Rebellion at Dublin Castle 🏰

Thanks a lot. This regiment is underrated and under appreciated in my opinion. Plus this is a great tune and for once I actually got to post in on St. Patrick's Day which was nice and festive.
great great great grandfather was in india under this regiment, micheal donnegan

They had pictures portraits of them in cranborne barracks officers mess in Salisbury rhodesia in the 60s
Fun fact: 40% of the army that faced Napoleon at Waterloo was Irish

Yes they are good soldiers for the Empire the Irish
