    St. Louis Fire Department it was nice to see an job swap between your fire department and the airport fire department zürich. im a firefighter from schaffhausen(schwitzerland) very close to zürich. thanks you so much for this movie.

    Unfortunately the subtitles are useless - they've been generated with a online translator, however machines can't deal with Swiss German as it is more a dialect than a language of its own. Sorry

    Most in America do. St. Louis does their own thing. Decon is huge in most departments. Especially after 9/11.

    St. Louis cleans all of their bunker gear in accordance with NFPA guidelines, however, many firefighter make a personal decision to allow significant buildup of filth in order to show tenure and experience. However, the interior lining is always washed, just not always the outside

    Also St. Louis runs an insane amount of fires, FF’s can’t always get new gear when needed b/c of funding

    Wo ist das Problem? Ich verstehe sie als "Preusse" einwandfrei und das letzte Mal in der Schweiz war ich vor 40 Jahren.... Bisschen guter Willen und es sollte gehen....

    Ich , nicht meine Freundin Britta, bin Schwabe und verstehe es im Großen und Ganzen. In Wien wurde ich schon für einen Schweizer gehalten.

    Übrigens das ist eine Schweizer Sendung auf einem Schweizer Sender mit dem Namen SRF und wieso genau macht es dann keinen Sinn mehr?

    @@davidtheiler562 Völlig richtig. Etwas beschämend zu sehen, dass es offensichtlich einige Landsleute gibt, die sich einbilden, alles müsste über Grenzen und Kultur hinaus zu Ihrem eigenen Verständnis auf Hochdeutsch zusammenkomprimiert werden. Vielleicht würde es helfen, einfach einmal anders herum zu denken und sich selbst anzupassen. Immerhin handelt es sich hier auch um eine Schweizer Produktion und wir Deutsche können diese hier kostenlos mit-schauen.
