DLC has really made me appreciate these 2019 matchups, I haven't been this invested in tournament sets in a while

Marss is such a good player, it’s so hard to find openings on Dabuz

The ZSS Rosa matchup is very complicated and interesting.

Yeah, Rosa’s advantage and disadvantage states are so polarizing. Seems like Dabuz has gotten really good at recovering from disadvantage, which is really hard against someone like mars.

Dabuz is looking solid lately. Mars actually is returning back. He still has his stalk when they shield for options on what they do and what he can do. I remember seeing that before from him.

The sequence at 8:35 is inane. Marss is godlike

Nair flip kick : One of the most satisfying thing to land as a ZSS main.

I gotta say what really makes Marss a top player is a moment like 24:00 where he realizes how his opponent is thinking and just says “yeah I’ll do nothing how about you do something”. Even if doesn’t lead to much in game, it’s like a ambush on the person’s mental state

Marss playing slower is a beautiful thing. He finally found his pace. Crazy to think that zeta still has potential.

When Marss back threw dabuz, Rosalina went up a little and Luma jumped like that to be on the same height as Rosa.

@@hemankhouilla2795 bc she’s highly technical and agile and a small target and quick. I play brain-off heavies so I always get absolutely wrecked by even a marginally talented ZSS player. Getting KO’d by boost kick after stun at ledge gives me anti-nutrients.

@@migduh I see. This is not the best MU for like Bowser (DK, can be threatening sometimes). But she's light, so can die early. Sometimes play patiently, and also you can call out flip jump if the ZSS player is careless.

dabuz's gameplay (specifically olimar) is valid, it's just lame. it's the same as clinching in boxing: it's legal but makes for poor spectatorship. I'll always respect marss upholding hype & technical skill over the ez(zzz) win buttons rosaluma is more entertaining & technically impressive, at least
