Getting pied by the clown just comes free with picking Captain, it just has to happen at least once every round.

The mothroaches are cute (especially when used as hats), but they can always be a menace...

It has to be on your person, but I save it in my locker so it doesn't get confiscated if I get arrested for antics. All you have to do is remember to take it with you when evac comes.

Actually another that I want to add is that the Clown and Mime lockers aren't perfect. The Clown, Mime and Musician have the same access, so they can open each others rooms and lockers. So if you're unlucky one of your fellow entertainment crewmembers could find your hidden stash. This is why I bolt the clown room door using a remote signaller, so I can be sure nobody gets inside easily.
