They say the only thing stronger than love is a 40mm grenade launcher, and in this case it very much was. I might've actually been on during this shift - I swear I remember hearing people yelling over the radio about explosions, or maybe I saw someone get blown away by a direct. either way, this was amazingly well done

This is the most SS13 type shit I've seen in SS14 in a while . Love it

The best moment was when HOS (i think it was HOS) watched in horror as the security department was decimated, her hopes on defending this extinguished in the moment armory, was annihilated, pointing at the futility of her order to arm up. I saw as realization dawned upon her that there was nothing left to be done, a profound sense of emptiness washed over her. The once-familiar world had crumbled before her eyes, leaving only a void of despair and disbelief.

I've rewatched this like 3 times, truly a classic.

Bruh, listen from my perspective as cap, the sci department had a ton of people so I made an announcement that the station was now a science station and for the crew to support SCI in any way possible, and giving them a requested board with few questions asked(I was told it was for a “sec shuttle”(I immediately forgot about this fighting other traitors until I was dead and confused, shift clicking on the cannon realizing it was the board I had haphazardly handed out))was just me following that philosophy/theme. Also from a non-character perspective I’ve never seen the board used, I never would have even imagined it was even close to as destructive as it was, and obviously as you can see it requires a lot of know-how to even utilize, something I as a relatively new-ish player wouldn’t know(300 hours in ss14, probably like 4 hours in ss13). If I knew what the board was, and armok asked for it, I would almost immediately assume they were a traitor, but I didn’t 😂 truly a once in a lifetime round and I’m proud to have played the fool. Legitimately the first time I’ve participated in one of these ss13/14 meme videos. At 13:58 your can see my ghost pop out of my corpse and soon after say “What the fuck is going on” 😂 (only slightly salty at the bullshit that just occurred I swear)

Like, i really dont get nukies, they risk their lives to destroy the station yet it has no defense against being shot with a LITERAL GUN one of the oldest ways of warfare at the time of the game and yet they ignore it and go in their shuttle ready to die.(also it would be perfectly fitting if you received an AH like "this IS reasonable for your character to do but what the actual fuck?")

As it turns out it was neither......, i am not a very competent Security officer although it is not for lack of trying. I patrol, I ask questions, i try to nab the bad guys and get called names because i nabbed the wrong guy. But nothing, ***NOTHING*** Could prepare me for this... I am an incompetent Security officer. I am NOT a trained solider, but a trained solider was needed that shift... and i failed to deliver. PS. 13:50 poor cap, died to my misfortunes

I use the SS14 replays feature for recording most my content, you’re able to “spectate” anyone in game to get their PoV

Yup, every machine in the game (microwave, autolathe, cooler, ect.) has a machine board, the friendship board is just the one for the grenade launcher
