maybe making it some sort of station objective or spevial event would make it funnier. Shiptest made a "rimworld" round the pther day where assistants had to build a station on a barren planet and fight xenos the other day and it was fun af

This was dope. Syndicate have a big advantage by way of so much open space you can meet in.

Damn im starting to realize i really love those longer ss13/ss14 videos and not just 10-15 minute ones great video

Glad you like longer form video. I personally had a very hard time keeping this one as short as possible because I thought making them as short as possible was the best thing for people's broken attention spans nowadays. This whole rimworld event was a 3 hour shift and I managed to cut it down to 23 minutes.

Gawd damn, not really used to theese long shifts as i mostly played on ss13 fulp, but im not gonna lie, this video got me in the mood to play ss14, currently gonna rack up some time to be able to play on the RP server (who knows, some day i might meet you) And yeah, most people might prefer short videos, but sometimes you find people like me who enjoy movies, so its hard to decide, but anyways great work cutting 180+ minutes of content into 23 minutes.

@@bortbart1645 Oh I gotta add that long shifts like this aren't common. This one was 3 hours long because it was a special event. People needed time to build everything from scratch and there were plenty of fun ghost roles (like raiders) for people who died. A regular shift on the station usually takes like 1 hour on average or something, shorter or longer depending on the gamemode.

@@SuperDicq should make an archive channel or playlist for the full records, because well, there are people like me, and many others who will DEFINITELY watch that three hour long one, love long vids! good videos none the less!

@@Laughing_Dragon I don't like uploading full videos because often during downtime in a round I am often alt-tabbing and chatting or whatever so the raw video files contain personal stuff that I usually cut out when making these. I used to stream before doing these on KZread. I should start doing that again, but I am in desperate need of a new microphone for that.

heh, nice to see my character there for a bit and also sec knew of the nuke disk because I gave them a syndie encription key that i found in one of the raiders headset

I used to run a bunch of Rimworld events on Delta in a lowpop server, but I would give people a shuttle instead of just teleporting them onto the planet, lol. Either way pretty good!

I participated in a few of those, the shuttles were nice to have. it always ended up in chaos of course

eating cap was how you knew this was rimworld

i was gonna keep scrolling until i saw that it was a rimworld event... i would love to be on a round for one of those! also super charismatic characters! loved them!
