They got parts in the mail right away. Great customer service any time I have needed it.
Seeing that beer bounce around on that flimsy table stresses me the fuck out

Great review, your phone’s camera app should scan the qr code. 🍻

I tried that and even a QR scanning app, neither would do it for some reason haha. I just went to the link on the card and downloaded the manual.

I haven't brewed much in the last year but it worked awesome every time I used it. Have a few friends with it and they love them.
