Thank so much to meet Sri M when guru gave a lecture at kanhangad vyaparabhavan fewyears back. It is,a miraculous experience.Unexpectedly I got a chance to sit so close to guru

After practice of srividya sadhana for years only after listening to you, I realized a few basics...

A gem of a talk...Rarest of such a blissful talk..Very rarely we can meet, hear such pearl of supreme knowledge. .We are blessed to hear.

How can we meet him?

I know nothing about sri vidya but when I saw bala pics i fell in love with her & wished to have a baby like her and enjoy motherhood. Yesterday after knowing little from Guruji i felt uncomfortable whether i was so foolish and ignorant. Today after hearing her mantras I took it as her will & started to chant. Thank you Guruji. I feel blessed.

Thank you and pranam sir for putting out these videos for the welfare of humankind! There’s another type of sandhya which is internal. Sir you talked about 3 sub types of external Sandhya: Dawn, noon and dusk. The internal Sandhya is when both the streams of breath from both nostrils are equally balanced. Usually one nostril is dominant which signals (depending on which nostril i.e. left/right) that either ida or pingala nadi is dominant. Ida is lunar (internal night) and pingala is solar (internal day). When both streams of breath through the nostrils are equal, the sushumna is active (internal Sandhya where sandhya means transition) So both internal and external sandhyas are good for meditation.
