Appreciate your honesty and frankness. It is not easy to perform one's duties diligently while having personal interests in the matter. Some of the Judges of higher Judiciary in such situations are often found to recuse from the concerned cases. There may be plenty of such situations in life, especially in a networked social world like ours today. Yet, how many prefer to choose integrity and uprightness over social and monetary gains is the moot question. It is, therefore, not without reason that people fighting cases as party-in-person face an uphill task while interests of justice would have prompted the system to provide a diagonally opposite & accomodative response. Here is hoping that integrity, honesty, and justice prevails in our communities in furtherance of public good.
