The realtor should absolutely know that is her responsibility, especially in LA where any vacated property is squatter town, USA. ESPECIALLY in Hollywood! Consider a $500,000 home. Suppose they receive a 3% commission for listing or selling the property, that's $15,000. You'd think they would drive by and take a look at the property they're selling. Back in 2000 I used a real estate agent to sell my house. They never answered the phone, they never talked to perspective buyers, and I ended up negotiating the house and selling it myself, while they received 7% of what my property sold for. I can't wait for the day AI makes them obsolete, they're actually useless and an unnecessary expense. They fancy they can take a cheap $500 course get a Real Estate license and make millions doing nothing but driving around showing properties for sale. Ridiculous. Just look at the lazy Real Estate agent.

This is happening every where. A very good friend of mine went through worse then this. Her and her husband and family decided to spend all of December at their home in Aspen Co. Imagine their shock to find an entire family living in their home. Wait the bad part is coming up. They call the police . Because these intruder's have a rental agreement from some person my friend has never heard of they will have to go through "get this" the court system and legally evict them!! My friend is very good friends with the DA and prosecutor in their county and they even said it is a unfortunate situation! This is a crime in the United States!! The so called rental agreement they had turned out to be one of the intruder's uncle's. I'm sorry everything about this is wrong!!
