    Beautifully done..I've been working on this exact open racket postion with my drives for the past 2 weeks...you show it in great detail. I think it's open, but when I look at the video of myself, it's closed half the time...more practice!

    I tried this today and it works! In the past I only know the "drop down approach". Today I feel like I hit harder than ever in practice! Will try to see if I can apply it to real match condition!
