Great idea picturing those rectangles on the wall. Many Thanks
Buen día...que bueno ver nuevamente mas videos, saludos desde Bogotá-Colombia!!
Always helpful! Since I started watching your videos, I try to visualize these boxes when I hit my shots. Makes it a lot easier.
Another great and illustrative video!!!
Great stuff as usual🎉
Great coaching
great video and tips
Awesome! I'm going to go through all your videos since I'm just getting back into squash. Maybe you have tips on how to not lose toe nails 😬
Looks hard to pull off but I'll try it more in my social games :)
Powerful
Another great video Seb, really liked how you showed the target areas and pointed out the good shots. This is somewhat of an advanced technique, but the use of height can be so effective when you can get the ball to the back with dying length.
Good instruction, thank you. At the club level (4.00-4.75) players never hit a lob off a lob. I have never seen it. If they can reach it, players always try to smash kill a lob.

@@squashoriginals2392 A smash kill off a lob is very easy to read and pick up for a winner. The only trick is to make sure you’re leaning forward at the T. But for whatever reason club players (4.0-4.75) are not comfortable playing height against height. I don’t know why.
Would it be a good idea to return a high (lob) serve this way, by hitting it high cross court? Assuming your opponent has moved onto the T then I think the circumstances are the same.

Certainly! Just make sure you use a bit of margin, it is not an easy shot to execute. But I would definitely recommend to use it as an option!
Subtítulos en español por favor !🙏
Haha, die muziek! Speelde dit niet in de lift van The Loveboat?

I really enjoy your drill Ideas. I am looking for a drill that really forces me to keep my eye on the ball and go to the T. Can you direct me or comment Thank you

hi Tav, thank you for the support! A drill I do a lot is for example Player1 in the back of the court, Player 2 on the T, P1 can play straight or cross, P2 has to play straight to the back, you can play with of without volleying P1 should not volley at all. If you want to progress this drill then P1 is also allowed to boast. Hope this helps!
good video - but get rid of distracting elevator music
tx for your effort - BUT any background music while a dynamic ball sport is annoying and kills (my) sportive mood. I need the typical squash noise (buff/bang/shot/...) to support visualization by an original sound with good quality. did you ever try to play a serious match with live music in the court ? if yes, you may have killed the disc-jokey in a minute ... (I am squashing since ~50 years now)
