I think it would have been better to put the sauce on after baking, or bake it most of the way through and sauce it before you throw it back in for a few. But that's me. I'll take a piece either way

Including some white sharp cheddar gives it a close brick cheese taste. Good job cubing the cheese. The long bake time would cause shredded to overcook.

Are the crazy Puffs good? Their Pizza, not so good. Italian cheesy bread, absolutely bomb, so I figured the Puffs might be pretty dank

I love you and your videos Kev. I had an uncle that we would visit once a month maybe because he was far enough away but not too far for a weekend trip with the fam. He'd let us watch R rated scifi movies like Predator and Terminator and he'd cook us amazing meals. He was famous for his crab soup, I still remember how the house smelled of the broth. Anyways I'm on a rant, but I just want to let you know that your videos remind me of him and that time. I bet you're a dope uncle as well. Take care, man.

Crushed sea salt on the bottom of the pan before putting the dough on is always a great addition too Nice little pops of salty crystals on the base 🔥

This looks good, but a good rule of thumb with oil: With pizza and pasta dishes, never oil the noodles or dough directly. Everything will just slide off and won’t stick. Instead, add the oil to pasta and pizza at the end, after cooking it. Drizzle a bit over the top for added flavor. Pizza can sit on and/or cook in oil for added flavor and crispness, but avoid putting it on top before cooking where it’ll just act as a slipNslide for the toppings.
