I have not tried Minimalist but Suganda is good and form Shweta Vijay's review understand Suganda's one is more lighther

Oh then may be oils are not suited to your skin. Stop using it and let your skin heal first. Use non-fragrant products for a week.

You can use it both times and if after applying this you do not feel the need of a moisturiser then you can definitely skip it but if your skin feels dry after 5-7 mins then please put on a moisturiser
