Hi Rubina, hope you are doing well! I was scrolling thru KZread and watched one of your video today and trust me after that I could not stop binge watching all your content. I just have a question for you. I have watched your video on minimalist where you say that you will never try minimalist products. But after that I have seen 3-4 videos where you are reviewing the minimalist products and saying good things about them. So , is there any particular reason for it? And also based on your videos , today itself I ordered be minimalist squalane and retinoid. So , should I try them out ? I am confused now. Pls clarify. Loads of love❤️

Hi Neha, thank you for dropping a note. In the video calling out minimalist for copying labels n formulations. And I had said 'hold your horses on the brand '. What I meant with that was to have everyone be judicious and waut fir some credible voices to clear the formulations for stability n quality. I personally wanted fir my dermatologist to clear them. The reason I asked to hold horses or wait out was because acids n actives when not formulated well can be far more damaging than other badly formulated products. Maam as suggested by you few months back I used this when starting retinoid- it really really helped. The itching stopped and the skin did not stretch or pull. It is very good. After this TO bottle finishes can i use minimalist?

Scalet, dont mix it..it creates unbalanced dilutions. you can use it every night yes.

Yes you can. It's better in pm routine as am can get sticky also it might not support the moisturizer.

Ma'am I am new to your channel (came here from Shivee ma'am's video) I am really impressed by your knowledge in this video!!! Immediately subbed! Can u please help me with this dilemma.. I have fungal acne so I am using Benton aloe propolis soothing gel as moisturizer but it doesn't contain occlusive and can't be termed as a moisturizer! So can I use squalane with it to properly moisture my skin? If so how should I apply squalane as an occlusive? Also please tell me the products that I can use for fungal acne? Is there a better moisturizer? I saw liah yoo's video but that products are way too expensive!!! Sorry for this lengthy comment

I too have fungal acne. You can use squalane and if you need a heavy duty fungal acne safe moisturiser for winter you can use innisfree jeju orchid cream. It’s very moisturising and doesn’t break me out.

neither- ceramides and peptide moisturisers and oils- squalane is an option

Minimalist has come out with a new Vitamin C product - Vitamin C (Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) 10% + Acetyl Glucosamine 1%. My mother has this "butterfly wing" like pigmentation in her temple area (starts from her eyes and spreads like a butterfly wing to her cheek and corners of her forehead). It's not too dark but noticeable enough. I was wondering if this product would help.

Hi Sanjana, it seems like classic melasma. Vitc is def a useful ingredient to combat melasma though it would do her good to add in other ingredients like alpha arbutin, retinoid, azelaic....I have a video on Melasma, if you could please have a look at that. I would suggest meeting a good derm too who can assess her pigmentation under woods light to figure out how deep in the layers is it. Let me know how it goes. :)

Yes, I'm buying Alpha Arbutin for her (I'm limiting to two products because if I give her too many she won't remember the order of application and give up on using them. Also she's not very concerned about it but comments about it and sighs once in a while), and yes, I've watched your melasma video ♥️ Thank you for your reply

@@misskaur9313 I gave her AA, Niacinamide, Tranexamic acid, not all together. It has helped somewhat. The melasma has lightened, but not completely gone. She isn't a devout user, forgets on some days. But there has been improvement

Is this right? Any chages? Aftr squalane will apply any moisturizer? At last each layer will give 2mins gap is enough? Very much thanks in advance... Hi Priya, the routine seems good. GIve it alteast a year for your skin to start showing good results...remember you are undoing 20 years of no care :) patience and simple care. dont forget the sunscreen- its th emost important product.

@@priyabharathkumar7879 ur routine seems good, just add one weekly chemical exfoliator that would shead the dead skin cells and all the gunks in ur pores. And i would prefer a moisturizer after squalane.

Its a very light oil and you want something nice and buttery or thicker for massage so that your fingers glide easily. Try rosehip oil or kiwi seed oil. I have videos on these two if youd like to check it out.

It smelled and appeared different. And yes, will definitely check your videos on the same. I hope you have suggested some good brands of the above mentioned oils in those videos??

I have been watching a lot of your videos to find an answer, please please reply if you see this. I have just introduced deconstruct retinol+ peptide serum, i have just used it once and my skin is dry but i also use vit c, niacinamide and minimalist vit b5 moisturiser so can i apply squalene oil after the retinol serum to take care of the dryness im experiencing

Hi Jasuni, what chemical peel would you be doing? If its a home peel like aha bha or lactic you def can use squalane post it. If its a professional peel at a doctors office then it's best to take the doctors advise. Hope that helps ❤

Hi monika, def add a vitc (detoxie or minimalist or pilgrim are good for me) and niacinamide. My personal fav moisturiser is nivea creme! if you dont like it then you could consider moisturisers from just herbs or juicy chemistry. Reequill has a great one with ceramides.
