Oh my god🤣

The "Behind you" segment where the second Spyro twisted its head all the way around to look at you was fantastically chilling. All that was missing was a dark setting like Spooky Swamp. The Sorceress segment was timed amusingly with his giving the player this WTF expression while she was totally failing with her range. I also found the segment with Bentley walking towards the edge of the cliff and then back to gaze down at the crushed Bartholomew really tragically beautiful. I'd love to see more from you like these.

Thank you all for the support, really glad you enjoyed the video as well! =) I was just a little worried about the idea of possibly disappointing maybe 100+ people (it's a pretty big number to me =P). When my career/educational life is better established I'll be more relaxed about making more videos--possibly more hacking ones too!--but basically, nothing's written in stone anymore =) My game footage will be coming up soon; I'm just trying to think of how to put it into a video. Do you know of any Crash Bandicoot Warped GameShark codes? Particularly a kind of code that stops the mask from disappearing upon entering time trial mode, and instead lets you keep the mask when going into time trial mode? And I don't mean the invisible mask that's just the flashing invincibility without the displayed mask, I mean the actual power of being able to plow through regular boxes without having to actual spin them, as well as the faster running speed of having 3 masks, even when you don't have 3 masks, but without having the running shoes powerup that you get from beating he final boss. Oh, and when using Hacc's walk through walls code, the game has a glitch where it gives you powerups that are from the previous bosses up to the point of the level you entered, when you enter any level in a locked warp room in which you haven't defeated the previous boss normally required to unlock such warp room. So if I skip straight to any of the Levels 6-10 from the start of the game, I'll automatically have the first power that I would normally get from Tiny Tiger, but without having.to beat Tiny Tiger. If I skip straight to any of the Levels 11-15 from the start of the game, I'll automatically have the first 2 powers, which are the ones I would normally get from Tiny Tiger and Dingodile, but I'll have them without having to beat Tiny Tiger or Dingodile. If I skip straight to any of the Levels 16-20 from the start of the game, I'll automatically have the first 3 powers, which are the ones I would normally get from Tiny Tiger, Dingodile, and N. Tropy, but I'll have them wuthout having to beat Tiny Tiger or Dingodile or N. Tropy. If I skip straight to any of the Levels 21-25 from the start of the game, I'll automatically have the first 4 powers, which are every power except for the speed shoes, but without having to beat any of the bosses.

Oh hey DingodileDundee, it's been a while =) Yeah, the whole multi-Spyro thing was the major idea I wanted to show as an example to the hackers in the Russian community. The butterflies thing was done through the plugin: didn't need to modify the game code; the plugin just reads what's happening in the game and makes the 'improvements' accordingly =) 4:46 wasn't a camera hack I'm afraid... just the result of the voodoo Spyro destroying the target on top of the Enchanted Towers portal =P The Spyro at 4:34 was a recorded Spyro, and at 5:32 it was another emulator connected to the recorded one with a delayed trail of Spyros. Secrets exposed! =D

Hi there! Unfortunately, the extractor I made way back doesn't have inherent support for model extraction. Sorry =( But there is a program out there called Spyro World Viewer which, as far as I know, can view and possibly extract level models (not character or object models). A quick Google search can probably find you that. =)

Seeing the clone Spyros makes me want to see Spyro 3 Online so bad. So, SO BAD.

hopefully sometime in the future someone continue developing these hacks, and that person can create an editing tool as it is today toadstool 64. it would be amazing see a bunch of fangames made with the original spyro trilogy engine. excuse my english BTW

Thats what I'm also hoping for. There is a hacker that made it possible to import spyro maps into 3d programs so it seems we are heading in the right direction. I would definitely like to see an editor and maybe if it gets popular that would finally draw the attention of Activision and/or Sony to revive the series...

OMG. So with that behind you one. You should totally make a creepypasta hack story/video. The ones that suck are always the ones with mega use of blood and "hyper realistic" and shit. Haha you're right, there's a few things that could be creepy in this video if you put the right context into it and didn't know it was a hack. But even if you didn't have time to write the creepypasta itself, you could even have someone else do it (I'd suggest taking into account things that kill creepypastas of course. But like... The problem with a lot of creepypasta is they use excessive amounts of gore which doesn't even fit in the game. I think a legit hack would automatically take out those issues.) Anyway, if you do that I would be super excited to see it. But if not that's understandable do. I imagine it's a good deal of work to make careful hacking like that would take lol.

Hi there, you can use use Powers->Telekinesis for that. The recording feature will probably only work on the PAL version of the game. If you're still encountering problems, also make sure that you aren't using SpyroEdit through PEC. If you're using PEC, you should make a SPYRO3GPU.dll from it, and configure your emulator with SpyroEdit as the main video plugin. Upon change, make sure that PEC isn't using SpyroEdit as its configured plugin (that'll cause an infinite loop!). Hope this helps =)

идиот Ah yes, the PAL version has a copy protection that causes it to crash in emulators. If you own the original disc however, you can use a subchannel (M3S) file with an appropriate CDrom plugin to make it work fully. Would recommend that if possible =)

LXShadow Im just throwing this out here because it can help some people. I managed to rip Spyro 2 and 3 (PAL) with a software called CloneCD. It has a month trial version so I ripped all of my games at the same time. I just played through Spyro 2 and had no issues with the rip and am probably going to try 3 soon but Im sure it doesnt give you the "you are used hacked copy" message, I've checked. You just have to remember to use the rip and the secondary file CloneCD creates called GameName.sub If you remove the .sub files, the games start acting like the copies were pirated.

SpyroEdit has a recording feature where you can record Spyro's actions. I just made a Spyro recording and gave him the ultra headbash power. I edited the text above the portal using a memory editor (modded version of PCSX2dis that works with ePSXe 1.6.0). I tweaked the music in post with a video editor ;)

Hey there! Sorry but I don't personally know how to change the XA sounds myself. However, aleksuslim and the Russian Spyro community at Spyro-Realms.com are working on a Russian translation for Spyro 3; they might know about sound replacement. It's a long shot, but I'll ask someone I know from the Russian community and post a follow-up comment here ASAP. Hope this can help =)

in the level of boxing can play together against each other. It means game can give just two controllable characters. Could you make a cheat to enable the second player in the entire level? pull both of them from the mini level

IMO that isn't practically possible, because the second character was designed specifically for the mini level and nothing else. I'd assume that the second yeti is actually just an object that responds to controls (like Bentley, but Bentley is special as he's regarded as the player character). Except for him, there isn't anything else in the code that responds to the second controller sadly =( Making multiple controllable characters miiiight theoretically be possible, but it'd require a totally different method to the one that makes the second yeti controllable. I can imagine a theoretical technique for two Spyros, but there would be no camera for the second player. So it might be possible, but not very practical, and I don't think it'd be worth the effort. I am however working on some other big Spyro hacks which are. =) edit: actually it might be possible to pull the second yeti himself out of the mini level, and even into other levels with advanced hacking, but it's a massive effort, and still no camera =/

can someone it is useful: while the arena begins to fall from the level of 3600, it is always 60 times more than what is shown on the screen. the maximum and it is both an initial margin of 25 units of the health of players. if you freeze these 3 values, the two boxing players will be endless =) upd: I found by experience: the good news is that the camera is always between these characters. Bad: on the second character is not the influence of gravity. which gave the height coordinate, and there is. to take out of the mini-level control script and the camera script

That's some pretty cool stuff =) Getting them out of the minilevel though is a massive challenge for a few reasons. One of the reasons is that you would need to load the yeti models into another area. Mini-levels load different models, so this would need to be fixed somehow. And if you leave Frozen Altars entirely, the game not only unloads the models but also unloads the code for controlling them (also the camera)! So it's a massive challenge. It might even be easier just to reprogram the game code to run an extra Spyro. I might do some experiments in the near future just for fun. If I do I'll let you know the results =)
