They were "plug and play" however; #1 when plugging in the low-beam connector, the two pins on the OEM Plug were closer than the new mating connector socket so both pins missed the slots in the mating connector socket and almost shorted. Tis happened on both sides. When I tested the lights, they didn't come on so I separated the connectors, noticed the bent pins, bent the pins out again, spreading them farther than they were for the OEM connector so they would slide into the mating connector socket slots. #2 The CCFL and Side marker LED didn't come on at first. The little red connector with two wires bent over didn't mate with the factory harness connector correctly the first time. I disconnected them and reconnected them both aligning the green wire on the new Connector with the gray wire on the OEM hardness, plugged it back in and they both came on. So I am guessing they are polarized. (I thought I had them that polarity when they didn't work). #3 I am not sure they are as bright as my old headlights. #4 They came with headlight bulb covers (black boxes with a hole in it Part # 92-CTSA07V208) that are replacements for the factory headlight bulb covers. They might allow for larger Low Beam bulbs but there were no instructions in the box about them.

What size bulb (high and low) do you use? Are all your halo projector lights the same size bulb? I've searched the internet and all I can find is that you use h1 for both high and low

Why would you not replace the Daytime Running light and amber blinker light with LED bulbs while you had fixture out.

Installed these on my 2011 Tahoe this past January , after 3 weeks the passenger bulb blew. I replaced that bulb, and a few weeks later the bulb blew again. So i uninstalled them and put my factory lights back on.

Sorry to hear, but your problem is something else. Did you use proper care when installing the bulbs?

This light will use H1 for low beam and H1 for high beam so you are going to have to get H1 HID bulbs

So with these headlights I been having more problems and now my fog lights don't work along with my low beam lights. What do I do?

Hi, I am sorry but we do not have lights for the Tahoe that will be able to handle 55 watt HID kit because %% watt kits are really best when its paired with GLASS lens because of the amount of heat it emits.

I got these headlights for my Chevy Avalanche and my passenger headlight was working just fine but now the projector headlight is out. All the led lights work fine but the headlight is the only thing not working please help.

+Brad B sounds like your bulb is out. you can go to your local auto store to pick up a replacement bulb. the bulb size for your particular one is H1

You don't have to remove the bumper, lol. Just go through the wheel well. I left my lower bolts off and now just remove the top to bolts to access.

I installed these and after 6 months the low beam build went out. Now finding instructions to replace the bulb are hard to find. Has anyone replaced a low beam bulb on these?

You can order some aftermarket HID kit for the headlights and if you do we recommend using a 35 watt HID kit. I personally like to use 6000k because its closer to natural daylight on the Kelvin Scale. These light uses a H1 bulb for low beam and high beam.
