I actually like this slower more methodical type of sprite fight. It shows that sonic can’t just accelerate to the speed of sound immediately and that he actually needs to speed up. I also love how more equal they are and how the running animation is way smoother

I love that this fight is much slower paced than in the average sprite animation fight, It actually allows you to see what's going on for a change.

I'm seeing a lot of great fight choreography however like the other comments said, it's a lot slower than one would expect from usual sprite stuff. Very smooth and planned out I can see your attention to detail wasn't lacking. Great work over all. To be clear there is nothing wrong with this work, just different in the speed and camera control.

It doesn't really emphasize their speedy personas, but the animation just feels so fluid and bouncy. I absolutely love it.

This is honestly both really well done but also wired, for me, at the same time. While it is very well animated, it just really doesnt feel like they are going fast and there movements look slugish. While Im not a pro animated, just someone doing animation for fun, it is kinda weird seeing a Sprite animation look slow. Just my take tho.

No shaky cam not only sucks, but is too difficult to master. Yes move the camera can be good, but don't follow the shaky cam trends for too many voices speak that it freaken sucks. And wished it was more like this video. Clear and clean.

I actually quite like the slow animation, it gives a fighting game vibe, even though it cut from the basic "sonic = speed", also, I really like the originality you take, like making Shadow fly a bit with his rocket shoes and make Sonic throw him into a tree, you don't see that kinda thing in all the animations

This was good! I like the how you use more hand to hand combat and on the fly thinking type of fighting instead of just energy blasts like most sprite animators do. Leveryone else has already said the fight could be a little faster so You probably get the memo, but besides that this is pretty awesome.

I love how the ending implies that Shadow realized it's the real Sonic halfway through, but kept fighting him anyway.

This is VERY well done. I haven't seen fight choreography this good in a long ass time. I really liked the part where sonic fails to predict where shadow is going to be and when they use the blocks to go back and fourth.

The coreography is interesting. But, i would speed up the pace of the battle. It seems rather slow if you think about the two fastest hedgehogs facing each other. Other then that That was a nice animation! Keep up the good work.

This was decent however it could use a bit of work try watching animaart’s sonic vs shadow or spacepea’s shadic vs mettalix and maybe try making a remastered version of this after doing that
