CONGRATS MISS!!!! CHAPEAU!!!! Very good Job!!!! The tacks in the mouth as the upholsterers did in the 1700s. She is very great!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am an upholsterer. BEST WISHES.

A bit disappointing. Some stages seem to have been left out. You attached the ties underneath the frame but you didn't show how you got them through to the upperside. where and how you placed the first knot, on top of the spring or on a lower coil. I am a complete novice so every little stage needs to be explained.

I know it's been 9 years, but in case anybody watches now, she clarifies that it's tied with a slip not. It's assumed that if the ties are simply to hold the burlap in place without disrupting the twine, you'd tie them to the top ring of the coil.
