$150 monthly, it includes lawn maintenance, snow removal, common ground maintenance, pools, clubhouse, walking trails, road maintenance, exercise room, management

You are allowed to have pets like dogs and cats, just no fences. Did you mean a different type of pet?
I have an adult daughter living with us are there any restrictions ?

it is my understanding that at least one person in the home has to be at least 55 years old and an adult daughter can live with you
