Springfield marksman has been my favorite sniper for a long time, and now I get a massive upgrade to my arsenal for 30 dollars. I also HIGHLY recommend taking half explosive ammo, as its perfect for blowing off doors, window shutters, or concertina from a great distance, and is also the only ammo type that Springfield has that can instantly pop barrels (Which I have gotten many a clip with 100m+ barrel bomb) The Springfield will always be my favorite little Rat Rod

its still crazy to me that Mr RachtaZ doesn't have a bunch more subscribers, content is consistent, thumbnails are above average, and the intro's and additional content never takes too long, always just straight to the point. It doesn't feel fair that you have to be loud and obnoxious to be successful on KZread.

The problem is Hunt Showdown is a relatively "niche" game, despite its increasing popularity over the last months. If it would have the same player base as Call of Duty , he would have millions of subscribers surely.

It's weird how mid range stuff doesn't exist in 6 stars. Everything is either snipers or shotguns. No winfields, no vetterli, no ironsights :o

You can rarely see winfields sometimes, or vetterli but both are usually high velocity

The editing in this video was stupendous, and stood out from all other Hunt influencers out there, truly an amazing sight to see.

That load out is my go to for sniping now. Including the Dum Dum as a secondary ammo for mid range. Great video as always. Your Springfield works better than mine….😂🤣

Rachta, Thank you! This is officially my favorite loadout now! I forgot they added HV to the Scottfield’s. My only issues so far is mastering the much higher bullet velocities of both. 460 on the Scottfield versus 410 on the Uppercut is a big change. Same with the Springfield. If anyone wants to learn aggressive sniping this is the best loadout to do it!

Started using a Springfield with HV and explosive rounds for newly recruited hunters. HV speaks for itself, but explosive rounds are eally good for breaching barricaded doors, destroying razor wire, and forcing campers out of corners or other hiding spots. I run it with a dumdum New Army (or a Rival Handcannon if I have quartermaster). Extremely versatile, user-friendly, and cheap.

Ratcha I am a retired U.S. Army Soldier Medic was Expert Qualified on every weapon I got to qualify with so I could heal ya or kill ya LOL but I held many other jobs and positions during my career, like Chief Marksmanship Instructor, Range Safety and Armorer for two units and a whole lot more BUT I said all that to say this: Your hand eye coordination, situational awareness and timing are incredibly impressive. Granted this is just a video game BUT I think with some solid training you would be a helluva marksman in a real world scenario. Love the videos, I get my little watered-down fix on video games these days for fun LOL but I suck at Hunt Showdown compared to many and my early stats reflect that LOL I played way to long as solo getting my ass handed to me before I even had a clue of the intricacies of this game but I still have fun for the most part. Keep Up The Great Work On The Channel and Good Luck Hitting That Subscriber Goal, Onward and Upward!

Springfield before the update was always budget sniper with at a price of bullet velocity. It's wild that springfield gets HV to bring it value.

Only thing regarding dumdum is ... probably don't waste your money on it during the current event. Most people running inferno take the modified bloodless trait which makes bleed as a status effect nearly worthless.

Finally, I’ve been waiting for people to drop videos on Springfield HV and centennial dum dum!

The winfield Aperature, with levering, steady aim, and scope smith. It's levering is very accurate, and the scope has earned me 3 headshots in a row one time, i use normal bullets with a 400 velocity, but you can up it to 600 with High Velocity! It's an insane weapon, and the ammo capacity is good, take it for a test run, i PROMISE it's a solid cheap weapon, even without HV. Then pair it with a Sparks Pistol for penetration, or a katana for up-close, or a shotgun if you're not fond of levering, i'd take caldwell rival handcanon, or Specter Compact

springfield compact deadeye with high velocity is 590m/s and 203m headshot range in a 2 slot lol

Guys trust me Springfield marksman Cav. Sabre Skip extra melee but run a deringer You tag with sniper finish with deringer, it takes too long to stop the bleed but also this loadout slaps for a combined cost thats lower than the average rifle by itself. There's no situation where this loadout will feel bad. You can snipe - push with sabre the world is yours, much love

When I saw high velocity was being added to the Springfield my first thought was… “can’t wait to watch RachtaZ absolutely delete people with this thing in an upcoming video” I still haven’t used it myself but I think it makes the gun more reliable than a sparks or martini if you’re good at hitting head shots.

Hear me out: Instead of having Dumdum to complement it, why not go for Explosive, and then have a New Army or Nagant Officer with Dumdum as the secondary? Sure, less damage per Dumdum shot, but the RoF is crazy and if you or the enemy decide to take cover after you tagged them with the revolver, you can pull out the explosive Springfield Ammo and finish them without a direct line of sight.

I wish I wanted to play this game solo, there is a 1000% difference playing solo and playing trio, when you are playing solo, the game puts you against beginners and bad enemies, when you are trio vs trio, you play against gods, at least There is no easy fight on my server, they are all extremely difficult, I feel like I'm playing against hackers all the time, I always have to play as if I were worth an island lol At the beginning of the video where you were shooting from afar, on my server there would already be 10 players hitting you with 100% accurate headshots, there is no such thing as an easy opportunity hahaha, there are times when I start purposely losing rop to feel that this game is still fun hahah Anyway, rachtaZ is a great player.

Anyone know how he can lose health bars and regen them using dark sight? I know there’s a trait that allows you to regen faster in dark sight but did not know this recovers lost health bars too.

Ehhhh. Idk about that. Seems neat but, just to strong. Especially for this game. Everyone would be running scopes because you wouldn't have to worry about the match type and what weapon you're running.

@@bobzthabarbarian to some extent yes, you wouldn't be able to do this with any of the Winfield snipers, mosin sniper, sparks sniper, vetterli sniper, or martini sniper. Only the Springfield 1866, berthier, and lebel would benefit from this.

@@BIGmlems vetterli, winfeild and martini don't have sniper scopes. They all have marksman and deadeye scopes. Only ones with sniper scopes are sparks, mosin and krag. I get what you're saying but, it just wouldn't be a wise decision for them to allow a weapon to alter between a deadeye or marksman scope to iron sights.

that would be cool but probably would break the balance quite a bit. Maybe if price would increase for those weapons dramatically, but that also does not sound quite right. Also you current can take obrez or uppercut P or even shorty for mid range with kinda similar effect. This would be expensive but so also should be a rifle with alternating scope/IS

dude, how can u do so much damage with penny derringer? I used it at beginning and u couldn't finish a person sparked with it.. i think it does something like 20 damage if it is glued to head..

hv on sprigfield - waste of potential. the only marksman/sniper rifle with dumdum - ONLY dumdum on springfield. one shot chest - 2 seconds and enemy dead, if they stop to bandage - you have time for second shot

Springfield marksman may not be meta, but it's definitely a good weapon. I'm 60 hours into the game and I'm basically only playing with Springfield marksman and officer pistol and I'm at 5 star.
