Spring Rolls ~ Gluten Free

Prepare these gluten free Spring Rolls filled with fresh veggies and protein wrapped in thin rice sheets for easy on the go access! Don't forget about the dip, this peanut sauce has only 3 ingredients and is the perfect way to compliment this dish.

Ingredients:
Shrimp
Beef
Rice Noodles
Oil
Oyster Sauce
Seasoning Sauce
Sugar Spring Roll Wraps
Lettuce Or Butter Lettuce
Mint
Carrots (Optional)
Peanut Sauce:
Peanut Butter
Hoisin Sauce
Water
Sriracha (Optional)
Directions:
Thaw and peel shrimp, set aside. Then slice the beef and set aside
Cook the rice noodles according to the package
In a pan over medium high heat cook the beef and shrimp. Season with oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, and sugar
Fill a bowl with hot water then soak the spring roll wrap in there, wait for it to soften before putting in the toppings
Layer on the veggies and protein then roll this up and tuck in the side half way through
In another bowl mix together equal parts peanut sauce and hoisin sauce, add in water and microwave for 30 seconds
