My plant app says it’s a fig tree: specifically a Chinese banyan. There’s coffee table size but some varieties can get up to 60 feet wide

Everyone’s houses are starting to look the same. Beige, white, brown or beige pots, faux trees, brown leather and medium toned woods. Also cutting boards and marble trays. Uh oh!

I’ve been thinking the same. Everyone should do their home they want and feels right but on social media, they’re all looking the same anymore. I appreciate all these influencers but it’s starting to feel unrelatable. And I am at the point, where it’s becoming unaffordable to constantly buying new decor

I am really wanting to see some color and some REAL spring content. I do think that this look is beautiful but, not for me. I look the more cultivated timeless look of deep color and bright light in spaces. These constant warm tones in every space is not unique and has no contrast. For me it’s just boring and all the homes look the same. Be different be a change !!

I had a real weeping fig tree years ago. It was about 5 feet tall. I think the leaves are shaped like my weeping fig tree. Saw your pitcher on your kitchen floating shelf. I got mine from Amazon today in the mail. I love vases, but I love pitchers too. I enjoy your channel. Take care!

Im new to your channel, and you are a very talented decorator. I love your style, and I love brass. I wish I could afford the white appliances with the brass handles! I never bought the “trendy” stainless steel ones. I just have white. I knew the stainless was a trend, that would not last, and it just didn’t go with anything in my home. I just watched your Christmas home tour. What a beautiful job you and your husband did. You should be very proud of all the hard work you accomplished. Your home is gorgeous, and I, too, love Shae Mcgee’s style, and just bought her book on Amazon.

Hi, again. I bought my pitcher from Amazon. I realize pitchers vary. My pitcher looks similar to yours but the bottom third is a rough stone-like surface. Yours looks like the same surface all the way down, shiny, smooth. Is it? Or is yours a different surface on the bottom.

Where did you get the flowers for the kitchen table ??

I started watching thrifting and DIY videos 6 weeks ago. By now, most blur into the same type of decor, the same colours, The Art of Home on every coffee table, faux greenery in DIY aged vases and neutral colours. I am giving up on these repetitive amateurish over-consumption of the same things.
