What a beautiful oil painting..

Hi Kevin, I adore this painting and decided to do it although its oil. I did it in Acrylics from the tutorial you have on U-tube. If I had known you was bringing out the full tutorial I would have waited. I've yet to find a picture of yours I don't like. So as I'm and old pensioner I will have to pick the ones I do with care. Thank you for all your lovely paintings you are a very talented artist. Sheila.

I use tiny jam jars to put left over paint into. The kind you get when you go to a restaurant or B&B at breakfast. This remains workable for as long as you want to keep it. And I get some lovely colours if I mix similar bits together. Especially the white colours, Unusually end up with half a jar. Same routine with Acrylic paints.

Could I use in place of the clear gel you mentioned, possibly linseed oil or homemade liquid white? Wiping the linseed off as much as I can yet still leaving a thin layer on? Thanks, Justin! LOVE this painting!
