The unique moving expressions of our formidable Han culture, wa !

Wow wow just wow. This is my favourite performance of this year's spring festival! As stunning, regal and surreal as last year's blue-green waist-bending painting dance. Love both performances 💕

This dance features dancers wearing Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing, powerful influencer of Ancient East Asian Fashion, the ancestor of Japanese Kimono and Korean Hanbok) from the Han Dynasty (from about 2100 years ago). The dance is inspired by a tapestry excavated in Xinjiang, China. It is armband with intricate embroidery and the Chinese characters meaning five stars are rising from the East and it is auspicious for the Middle Kingdom. Because China's Chinese name, Zhong Guo means Middle Kingdom, this piece of historical relic is particularly meaningful to the Chinese people.

China, with her more than 5000 years of civilization, is so rich in her wide diversity of culture. As an overseas Chinese, I always feel so proud whenever I see such video clips, on KZread. And also on her achievements in other areas eg economy, technology, spaceships, infrastructure and also helping the less well off countries in her Belt and Road initiative.

Since this performance was so epic, I won't spoil the comment section by getting into an argument. That said, if you ever LEGALLY bought a firearm (especially in CA) you would know that it is NOT "easier than buying pack of cigarettes". I'm going to guess you just picked up a sound-byte from the media and started parroting it. Sad.

Fun fact , the cultural revolution has tried to destroy it .To experience an uninterrupted version of chinese culture. Once must go to Taïwan and the chinese diaspora !
