I second that emotion every time her videos end, I almost cry. Just miss the fact that she calms my nerves and just kind of blurs, My reality for a little bit to make me feel at ease. And then when she's gone, it's back to the normal grind. How I hate that L O L, such as life, but she is great. Kate and Charlie are so wonderful.🎉🎉🎉

My son went to a private school for a year where they travel around the world in the early 1990’s. We had to fund rose for two years. One was yard sales. We swore we were just buying things from each other in a circle until it came back to you 😃❤

Kate once again you brought me peace and joy and a few tears too! Happy ones of course. This video was so funny as well with Charlie being a little imp. How can you not laugh when he gets excited. I noticed when you sat outside on the rock with Charlie a butterfly flew past and I couldn’t help but think it was your dad following you around. I LOVED your painting you did of you and Charlie. You thrift shop the way I used to shop garden nurseries and bookstores. They can be so addicting. I too am doing a spring refresh on my home, but trying to stick with what I have. It feels so good to get rid of items that you don't use or wear anymore. Sometimes it's hard to let go but don't you feel good when you do? Hello Little Boho Gal.....I loved the segment of you dancing in the lovely white gown beneath the flowering trees. Yes, so much work to be done in any garden. I have begun my garden and yard clean up.....I find doing something every day and not trying to tackle everything at once the best way to go. I LOVE being out in my yard and gardens and try to take the time to actually enjoy the beauty of nature.....not just focus on the work. Your little Charlie is adorable and so attentive to your voice. Your boho cottage is lovely and so cozy and is a beautiful expression of your nature and love of nature.

Oh man, I miss the Hudson Valley. Those mountains are so magical. Hopefully, one day, I'll be back 😢. Thanks for sharing

I totally love all of your videos, they feel like a visit with a best friend, you're so sweet and so is Charlie. Something you said, has happened to me too. I have seen such lovely people, who I do not know, on my walks to the shopping center, and when they give me a warm smile, it just totally makes my day! I have done the same thing especially with the older folks. I'm now on that side of the road, now that I'm 65 going on 66, I'm that older person too, and yet I feel so young. I smile at everyone, that glances my way, and they return the favor. Yes, we say nice greetings to one another, like have a beautiful day, God bless. I live in the Caribbean and here it is more of a custom to be that way.Buenos Dias! is the way to go. I wasn't always that way, though friendly but more withdrawn, with my rush and worries. But now I relax and look around me and enjoy everything that I see. My lovely nature walks are a balm to my soul. Your videos are the same way, thanks for sharing the joy.

Another great video Kate! I love all your dresses and that white one looked particularly lovely on you. I felt your pain at the unexpected rain after spending time and money spraying for those dreaded ticks. We live on an island off the west coast of Canada and have to spray our roof to get rid of moss. My husband sprayed the other day, when it was supposed to be sunny and 15°C....2 hours after he finished it started to rain...sigh. Ah well, we always need the rain. Each spring I dig a few bulbs out of the garden & plant them in pots to keep inside. Even a single hyacinth or tulip in a pot is wonderful. I leave them outside at night to last longer. In the fall I will plant them back in the garden. Maybe this will work for you & save you money? Best wishes♥

I really love your videos and look forward to watching them since I discovered you about a year ago. Your filming of the outdoors is a welcome respite, a sensory delight. Your life in the cottage is something I dream of for myself...it is such a strong desire in me now. Years ago, living in the woods, I found acorns in the house too. Guess where?? Between my box spring and mattress!! YES! And I had a couple cats. One day I came home from work and found only the head of a mole on the kitchen floor! Nature is grand! 🤣

Right timing as usual. Isn't it amazing how one little change can bring amazing results? There's a place for everything. I'm trying..note trying...to paint on canvas with acrylics. Flower tip. Try to find beautiful plants in pots with roots or bulbs that flower so you can enjoy them time and time again. I only buy perennials and I plant them so they give me years of joy. 💖

I bet you would find things for garden, cottage and yourself if you track local yard sales in your area. Love the very French country ticking fabric for your counter and the new art pieces you picked up.

I loved the beginning of the video with the rain. I plant zinnias and cosmos directly into the soil, cross my fingers, and hope for the best. I kill my house plants. I recently had to throw a couple out. They had white things all over. Your cottage has so many interesting views. ❤
