I know with the Romantic Garden pack there's that wishing well that comes with it and you can have a ghost sim wish for life. But you have to make sure you give it a "tip" or money or whatever and it usually only works if you give it 5,000 simoleons.

I rarely see that work. You mostly get ingredients for ambrosia. Once, I actually got ambrosia which is better than just getting resurrected because my spell caster could duplicate the ambrosia. It will work, but is probably the most expensive way to do it. You can only try once a day.

The mould rant at the beginning finished me😂😂😂

I’ve never understood that though. Dialects are a common existence in linguistics, there are no dialects that are right or wrong. It’s a bit pretentious to make the argument that only the original dialect is correct and all others are wrong.

I often see, unfortunately but it's the truth I'm sorry, American English speakers who comment on how a British English speaker "said/wrote this wrong!" In a very condescending way (even I've gotten that comment and I'm not any type of English native speaker) so just as how someone would go "well actually-" in a semi serious semi joking manner, a lot of British English speakers make these "we came first!" comments. I see it happening with Australian English too, but not nearly as much.

You can actually get a Curse Cleansing Potion from the rewards panel as long as you have enough reward points. I think that will be easier to at least get rid of some of the annoying curses first because that's what caused Shanice's death.

There's an alchemy potion and a spell that remove curses as well. But I think when you bring a Sim back from the dead, any curses on that Sim are removed. But all he needed was an active familiar and this wouldn't have happened, so really I think both Sims should just stay dead.

You can also buy a Decursify potion from the magic shop.

I doubt it has to do with age or whatever. English is my second language, and in school we were taught british english but i improved my English by listening to music and watching shows, i never saw mold spelled like that. Everyday you learn something new and that's okay.

I think for Americans whose first language is American English, it kinda has EVERYTHING to do with age lol or could be the fact that some Americans literally know NOTHING about England/UK unless it’s on the news. Either way, I’m pretty tickled as an American that people didn’t know mold is also mould.

I'm always surprised that USA citizens are not more exposed to or aware of UK spelling given that nearby Canada uses UK spelling. In Australia we also spell it mould. Mold would be used in reference to making a mold of something in order to replicate or copy it.

In the UK we pronounce 'tome' to rhyme with 'home' not 'room'. 'Tomb' is pronounced to rhyme with 'room' which is actually a room, (not a tome which is a book) and is not usually found in a home ...😜

I have heard that when you have a familiar summoned, it can protect you from dying, but I don't know if it protects you from all types of deaths or if the death protection has some kind of cooldown or something. I'd hope that this info could keep Shanice from dying from spellcaster overloads, but it does also help to be mindful of the spellcaster charge meter and to use the Discharge spell every now and then (thanks to its cooldown of course 😒).

When newspapers started charging per letter, a lot of useless letters in some words were dropped..like the U in some of our words.

The potion of plentiful needs is so easy to make it feels like a cheat. I tried it on my vampire sim, and it works on all needs, including thirst.

You can add Shanice back into the household as a ghost and she can still learn spell casting. She can level up to de-deathify Shantel, but she cannot cast it on herself. I advise you to get Shantel's cooking and gourmet cooking up. You can make ambrosia. You already have a death flower. Go back to the magic realm once in a while and check the potion ingredient vendor for an angel fish. They have it sometimes and the stock changes daily. It's either that or make the live saving nectar. That might be easier since when you talk to the nectar guy he gives you a bottle and you just need spinach and high nectar making skill. Don't do writing. That only works if you write the book before they die I think. Also, you cannot write a book of life for yourself and you have to complete the aspiration, not just level writing.

Shanice should also learn to make a few potions. She absolutely want the Plentiful needs potion. ALL spell casters can and MUST learn that recipe. Need only an apple to brew. Drink one and all the Sim's needs are totally filled. 10:10 I agree. There is a mod called «Ghosts have fewer needs» that only leave your ghosts with the Fun and Social needs. The other are gone. Makes the ghosts a LOT more realist. Cast Inferniate anywhere EXCEPT on your lot. And, that bug where you start a fire and another appears in your front door is very annoying. Those green puddles are from that curse of stink. Then, that curse of scrambled spells really screw you up when casting any spell. Cast a spell, and it can randomly change to ANY other spell, including ANY that the Sim don't know.

You could try the wishing well from Romantic Garden Stuff. It can revive sims but it's better to bribe it with money before because it can have bad outcomes

MC Command Center has a bookshelf fix that makes sims who are done reading put their books away in bookshelves in most cases instead of throwing them on a surface or the floor. lol I don't know if it keeps sims from putting away books in storage containers like chests however, and that can be pretty annoying, so be sure to keep those away from your bookshelves if that's the case. lol

As a Singaporean, we have a bilingual policy so pretty much most of us can at least speak two languages(English & Our Mother Tongue Language for most of us)!! In Singapore, our education system teaches us British English and we are also exposed to and influenced by American media so pretty much we are aware of the spelling variations between British English and American English so I am shocked when in the last video I see Americans not knowing the that M-O-U-L-D is the British way of spelling it! @2:20 I have had cane juice in the Keys (Florida Keys) and it's good but nothing like you would expect. More like watermelon juice but obviously doesn't taste like watermelon and comes with a slightly frothy top when fresh juiced.

Romantic garden stuff wishing well. You may have to do it a few times. Play as the ghost and wish for life.

You could try and bring them back to life with the wishing well, since that pack is free now

Ok, so first thing is always to make friends with the ghost and add them to your household. Once you have done that there are a few options to bring them back to life. One, you can place the nectar maker on a community lot so anyone can use it and make the nectar, personally I would put it in Evergreen Harbor in one of the maker spaces there. Two, last time I found ambrosia while dumpster diving, just saying that its possible. Three, have your ghost sim learn how to make ambrosia. Four, the wishing well, you've got plenty of money for it. Five, recover a previous save and restart from a earlier point. Six, you know as active sims they could just stay ghosts then they won't die and won't have babies that get taken away.

fastest way would be to buy the wishing well if you have the romantic garden pack then give the wishing well the highest "offering" of money and then wish for life, she will need to be added back into the family so she can do the wish.

i get my rent on wednesdays. its been said, somewhere on reddit by a playtester. it calculates on sundays, then pays one week later on wednesday, so... you move in sims on sun day 1, by wednes day 10 you should receive rent for sun day 1 to sun day 7. i havent paid enough attention to totals, but yeah. im getting paid, but i havent had any tenent issues except my own household.

You can get a ghost to resurrect themselves from the Wishing Well from Romantics Gardens but it will cost. At least you use to, who knows if it still works.

I have an ex boyfriend who's from the UK and to this day we're friends and we talk quite a bit so I'm used to the different spelling. When I saw how you spelled mold I figured for you it was the correct way. Also, in the famous words of James Turner "if it's in the game it's not cheating" and those are the words I've lived by when it comes to this game 😂😂 I also have to say I have this weird bug as a tenant where I pay my rent but I still get warnings to pay my rent even tho my sims already paid it. I also don't get paid from tenants for rent either. I hope they fix this pack soon. I really like it.
