Hardly a lot of work. 600 grit sandpaper, all you need to do is take the shine/gloss off of the old paint then clean with brake cleaner and paint away

I think 50 or so make sure it’s rough but not the roughest you don’t wanna scratch it

I recommend it if you have rust spots and leftover from the old paint but if its a smooth surface already just clean it with some water and a clean rag and you should be solid

Uhhh...you would just be painting over the old dusty paint and the paint job won’t come out smooth also your adding weight to your bike cause the more layers of paint the more it weighs

Evan_ _stull I used the ACE brand paint “Premium paint + Primer” and it’s Gloss Enamel white hope it comes out fire if you painting your frame 🙌
