The nozzles included with our #123 (2mm) and #126 (2.5mm) are appropriately sized for our gel coats. Additionally, there are operating instructions for both of those guns located on the datasheets for those products on our website.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question... But how do you avoid the gel from harndening in the gun and turning the gun to junk.?

The two purple guns look like cheap junk harbor freight guns. I'll stick with my sata rp and I'll bet it could spray it no problem
