I really like that Chief. I work EMS in Los Angeles County and his philosophy is wonderful. The best part of my day is visiting with the EMT’s in the field. (I am a Manager), and I run calls with them every chance I get. That guy is wonderful and you guys are lucky to have him there. Top notch people.

It's an honor and a privilege to know and call Chief Richardson and Chief Leeb friends. Two of the greatest men I've ever known. They're the definition of gentleman and humble.

The fact the Chief took the time to talk to the guys speaks volumes, then to speak the way he spoke! That’s what Men do!! I got to shake his hand on the evening of 9/11 this year! He took a brief moment of a busy time to shake this nobodies hand and thanked me for coming and sharing in that time with them! It was awesome! We truly are Blessed to be able to do the best job on earth!💪🏾🔥❤️ HUMBLED!

Chief Richardson is a true Chief of the Department. Not only a Fire Chief but doing ride-alongs on ambulances (where it's statistically busiest for FDNY) in areas of Harlem. A true leader. I salute you sir. If only some of our Chiefs on the FDNY EMS side were anywhere as dedicated to the department's mission we could truly be the best department in the world.

when you have chiefs or senior bosses with the drive, commitment and determination to bring out the best in everyone, thats when you have a world leading organization. When you have a boss who gets stuck in on a task along side you, supports you, mentors you, that is priceless. brilliant video.

As a retired member of the City of New Haven, CT Fire Department having served in many capacities including the Director of Training, I can say this is a top notch production. Keep up the great work. I can remember watching TV Channel 31 from my home in NH where daily training productions were transmitted with many led by Lt. Richard Nagle. 👍👍👍

Near the end of my career, as many senior members of FDs probably do, I was spending more and more time reflecting back to the beginning years of my career. Like the Chief was mentioning his early mentors, I thought about my early influences. I realized that no matter what era your career falls in, YOUR early years are YOUR "good ol' days" and they should be embraced. Anyone new in their career needs to appreciate that their career won't be the one their predecessors experienced, but it doesn't mean it's any less significant, rewarding, or important.

Thanks for the insight into the rock lads loving the content. Cheers from down under.
