Eres una máquina! Estoy siguiendo todos los vídeos tuyos. Tengo una problema con cargador para baterias de litio. Mi batería es de 26S 109,2V. 170 A. Y cargador no tiene paro automático. Cuando batería esta cargada el cargador sigue cargando y tengo miedo que se puede insendiar. Tienes alguna esquema que se puede conectar atraves de algún relé para que cuando llegue a la carga máxima se desonecta el relé? Gracias y espero tu respuesta.

Have you built or considered building a spot welder using a "0.01-9999s 5v trigger time delay relay module timing circuit switch board w/ lcd". Would it give you more control as the circuit does the timing and not your finger.

Qual seria uma fonte tensao e corrente para alimentar esse circuito?

Hocam merhabalar. Buna benzer birkaç video var KZread'da. Yalnız sizinki çok daha profesyonel görünüyor. Hintli kardeşlerimizin yaptıklarında punto değil kaynak makinası gibi birşeyler oluyor. Yakıyorlar nikel şeridi. Yani pili puntoluyor ama o pilden hayır gelirmi bilemem. Kondansatör ile ince ayar işlemi çok güzel görünüyor. Birde anlatım yapsaydınız süper olurdu... Selamlar.

Good design, but with one exception: the contacts of the small relay will not last long. They will be damaged by the inductive pulse that happens when the coils of the large relay are disconnected. There could be a problem during the connection as well as I am not sure that the contacts of the small relay are rated to carry the current that the coil of the large will draw.

@@ekodubek7516 It might work, there certainly will be no inductive pulse affecting the small relay's contacts. Also the controlling current of the solid state relay should be acceptable to the small relay's contacts. But that modification creates a couple of other questions: 1. Do you really need the small relay in this configuration? 2. Is 120A enough to support the spot welding energy load, need to read carefully the datasheet of the solid state relay. Also you must not feed the solid state relay's circuitry from the same battery as spot welding circuitry, because if you do that will definitely destroy the relay.

Hi Bob! Please help me. I made the spot welder you saw in the video, but it only welds 0.1 mm thick connecting plates perfectly. The 0.2 mm thick plate is no longer stuck there. I want to weld a 0.3 mm thick plate to the battery, because the really professional battery in packs such as MATABO, the manufacturer uses a 0.3 mm thick plate. Time is not short, I experimented with it. What should I change and for what? Thank you very much in advance for your help! Regards: Janos

@@holinzski Hi Janos, from your description it looks like your setup does not generate enough energy in the welding pulse to weld 0.3mm plates. There are a couple of things you can do to increase the energy: 1. increase the current by using a bigger battery like a car battery of 60Ah or larger. You may have to increase the thickness of the main welding wires and the probes to handle the bigger current. Also check the specs of the big relay to see if it is rated for the bigger current. 2. increase the duration of the welding pulse. You can achieve this by using a larger value capacitor C1. In the video it is 4700mf, use a larger one. If you do either of these modifications it can result in the welding pulse being OK for your 0.3mm, but too much for thinner ones. So you can further improve the circuit by introducing a selector switch that changes the setup depending on the energy required. Hope that answers your question. Good luck!

WOW, he actually tested the strength of the welds, I mean who does that? (on youtube diy spotwelder demos). I was starting to think diy spotwelders were just for burning holes in stuff and destroying electrodes
