Spot Welder for lithium Ion batteries, DYI. Short introductory video
I built my own Spot welder for battery packs after some good and bad results from commercial welders. This is a short video to show it off and talk about some background (less than 5 minutes). There is a link to a 30 minute video on exactly why and how I did it with some commentary about the commercial welders. Leave a comment or question if you like.

I found early on that you can't solder on any nicad or lithium without destroying it. You are spot on. Want to build one. Schematic?

Howard, there is a link at the bottom of the video you watched to a 30 minute vid that has a schematic and all the details about how to build it. If you have other q's while you are building it, ask away here:-)
