The Sportspal canoe is a tough, lightweight, versatile canoe - but it's one flaw is that it usually come with foam seats that are very uncomfortable and practically useless. In this video I show how to turn the two foam seats into one useful seat that can go in the front or middle and how to easily make a fixed rear seat using inexpensive materials that you can get at any hardware store.
