i use amsoil 5w50 in my 2021 sportsman 1000 xp hunter edition. the polaris ps4 5w50 is weak.

I was told not fill engine oil in dipsstick hole .there is a oilcap under dash soewhere

Tip, don't use a nothing in the dran pan has it doesn't help with splashing also you don't need a rag covered in oil you can't put in the trash.

it comes with the recommended amount plus some. Thats why he says not to overfill. Only use what you need. Add more after running the engine if you need to.

@@wakichunu i was just being a wisea$$. I know its important to check the stick. Some people old scool pre fill the filter and such. I just thought it was funny and enjoy his informative videos. They definitely cone in handy.

With Can-Am you have to pay the Dealership 200 bucks or do it yourself by taking all the plastic parts off and making a mess when removing the oil filter😜

Thanks for the video. One question: why not pre-fill the new filter with new oil? I’ve done this with every (car) oil change I’ve ever done to help oil level stabilize quicker.

I love Polaris ATVS. They are snappy, light, fast, and easy to work on.

Funny how it's virtually impossible to find an oil filter wrench that will fit the filter on these bikes and without you your fucked for getting the filter off. It should come with the bike. Oh and the dealer will act like they don't know what the fuck your talking about when you ask about one

Instead of this, how about you provide a fire extinguisher with every rzr and use better steel? Many reporting suspension arms sheering! It seems like you have earned 1.9 out of 5 stars with the BBB. I grew up hunting moose on Polaris ATVs and you were the standard. Now you're the low rung threatening to use Mexican assembly plants! Shame on you, Polaris.
